At Wallaroo Adventure Store, we want you to be fully prepared for your next journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and gear. If your selection doesn't fit your adventure perfectly, we are committed to making it right with a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
